Jobscater.com is a scalable job portal built for high-volume job posting, application management, and user workflows. It is deployed and actively serving users across 10+ countries, including a flagship Dubai-based deployment. The microservices backend combines Kafka messaging, Elasticsearch full-text search, Generative AI screening and recommendations, and centralized observability to keep hiring workflows fast and reliable under load.
